We are always committed to finding the best ways to ensure satisfaction for all our clients. Kindly read the following Terms and Conditions that regulates the products and services offered by Nails & Good Company.
By continuing to use this website, you agree to comply with, and be bound by, the following Terms and Conditions. Please read and understand the following terms and conditions in preparation for your visit to Nails & Good Company. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.
To enjoy the best experience at Nails & Good Company, we invite clients to arrive 10 minutes early for bookings to ensure there is plenty of time to check in, use the bathroom, fill out any necessary forms and choose from the vast range of colours available. As a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Any last minute changes or late arrivals may result in the service being shortened, rescheduled or cancelled and/or incur administrative fees.
All appointments are pre-allocated a time according to the service(s) requested during the booking of appointment. If we did not receive your request for a particular service, we will not allocate more time to your service and we reserve the right to turn you down as a courtesy to the next client scheduled after you.
To avoid disappointment and to ensure sufficient time is allocated to your appointment, please indicate your preferred services during the booking of appointment.
At Nails & Good Company, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy in order to accommodate the high demand of appointments. This policy applies across the board whether booked in person, on the phone, via email or online through our website. If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you are required to inform us at least 4 hours before your appointment.
For all members of Nails & Good Company, failure to notify us at least 4 hours before your appointment will result in the deduction of the booked service from your existing treatment bundle or value membership.
Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late will risk their appointment being shortened, rescheduled or cancelled. Please note in the event of a late arrival, we may not be able to carry out the complete treatment, you will however still be charged for the full value of the treatment that was made at time of booking.
Groups of 3 or more will require a minimum $50 non-refundable deposit made via PayNow. If you like to make a group booking, do kindly inform us in advance and we will arrange for the payment details to be sent to you. Please note that for group bookings, we will require at least 24 hours notice to change the booking. All deposits made are strictly non-refundable.
MEMBERSHIPS / TREATMENT BUNDLES
Memberships Purchased After 31 July 2018
All membership sign-ups must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable between accounts. Depending on the membership type, all memberships purchased from Nails & Good Company are valid for either 1 or 2 years and validity begins on the date of purchase. All services purchased must be redeemed within the validity period; any treatments left untaken after will be forfeited. Please note we will not entertain any requests to extend the validity of memberships that have already expired.
Memberships/Treatment Bundles Purchased Before 31 July 2018
Memberships/treatment bundles purchased before 31 July 2018 are non-refundable, non-transferrable and are valid till 31 July 2020. Any services/treatments left untaken thereafter this date will be forfeited. Please note we will not entertain any requests to extend the validity of these service/treatment bundles.
An peak period surcharge may be imposed during festive seasons such as Chinese New Year and Christmas due to the increase in demand for services and limited resources. The surcharge amount may vary according to demand, time and period. All surcharges apply to all clients (members / non-members) and are payable up-front in cash. The surcharge is strictly not deductible from memberships.
A notice indicating the surcharges will be placed at our reception at least 1 week before the start of the peak period.
If you are paying with a gift voucher, please note that you are required to provide details beforehand at the time of booking. All gift vouchers must be presented at reception upon arrival for the booked treatment. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right to reject the use of the gift voucher on the day of your appointment and you will be required to pay for the full service amount.
All gift vouchers are valid for a period of 3 or 6 months as indicated at the back of the voucher. Nails & Good Company will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers. All gift vouchers are only applicable for ala-carte services and are not valid for use with any promotions, discounts or offers. Vouchers are also not redeemable for cash and must be fully utilised when making payment. Change will not be given.
All clients are to look after their own property while at Nails & Good Company as we are unable to take responsibility of items left unattended.
NAIL AFTERCARE SERVICE
In the event you chip your nails within two days after lacquering or five days for gel polish, please report this with a photo to our whatsapp number +65 8634 8781 and we will offer you a free touch-up on the effected nails. Outside this period, there will be a touch-up fee of $15.
If you have overly sensitive skin or any specific allergies that may be affected by our treatments or products, do let us know at least one week before your appointment. We will arrange for a patch test 24 hours prior to your first treatment for your safety. Providing no adverse reactions take place, we will be happy to treat you safely.
We will not be held responsible if you do not disclose any medications or condition that may affect your treatment.
All clients of Nails & Good Company can be assured that your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to maintaining the privacy of any personal information we collect from you. We do not share any of your personal information with any third party organisations and we abide by the Personal Data Protection Act.
All purchases are final and we do not entertain any requests for exchange or refund.
Various promotional offers are run throughout the year, date and time restrictions may apply. Offers are not to be used in conjunction with each other. Nails & Good Company reserves the right to cancel any promotions running at any given time.
THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENTS
Please note we reserve the right to refuse treatments if any disrespect and rudeness towards the Nail Artists and staff of Nails & Good Company is found.
Nails & Good Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you book a service or purchase products from us or use our Web Site.
As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant to Nails & Good Company that you will not use this Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. Treatments, services, products and/or facilities received or utilized at Nails & Good Company are intended for general purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment for any condition, health, medical or otherwise, that customers may have. Clients agree to indemnify Nails & Good Company on a full indemnity basis for all direct and consequential loss and damage and liabilities (whether monetary or capable of being converted into money) suffered by Nails & Good Company as a result of, or caused by, or contributed to by any act, omission or default of the client under these Terms and Conditions.
